The selected candidate will:

  • Manage software development, delivery and integration of e-commerce projects in a fast paced, Agile development environment.
  • Help manage planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, and delivering all activities for projects and related release initiatives.
  • Drive day-to-day progress of project(s) and release initiatives with regard to time, budget, scope and quality
  • Help integrate activities with other IT departments to set priorities and establish backlog to support the needs of the Company.
  • Monitor costs and resource allocation to ensure optimal capacity for team.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related discipline with IT focus.
  • 5-7 yr experience in working with retail business stakeholders and a highly technology driven engineering org.
  • Prior experience delivering eCommerce-based projects – backend to front end.
  • Prior experience in large scale web development.
  • Prior experience with an eCommerce, cloud-based website.
  • Good understanding of technical environment and CI/CD release life-cycle.
  • Sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving through technology solutions.
  • Project management mastery with ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in cross-functional environment.
