We are currently looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Denver, CO based team.As Site Reliability Engineer you will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet's continued growth and success.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• A continuous learner, excel at solution driven problem solving by using your analytical acumen
• Passionate about Site Reliability Engineering and modern infrastructure architecture and automation principles
• Knowledgeable in physical and virtual network design, security and automation practices in cloud-first and hybrid environments (E.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• An SRE that embraces DevOps philosophies and leverages custom code, automation, tooling, support processes and service management frameworks to achieve reliability objectives
• Strong team orientation with exceptional communication, interpersonal skills with the capabilities to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, both domestically and internationally
• Experienced in any form of desktop/systems support preferred
• Hands on coding experience in any kind of modern programming languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, C# etc.)
• Experienced with data analysis/machine learning, the wagering/gambling industry is advantageous
• Skillful with databases (SQL Server, Warehouse Solutions), networks (LAN, WAN)
• Have some exposure to containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes etc.)
• Positive, driven and want to collaborate and contribute to our culture

SKILLS WE SEEK

• Documentation of successes and communicate them to product team to advance the way our hardware, software, and network solutions are deployed to minimize failure rates and increase overall system reliability
• Identifying potential problems before they threaten our customer and employee's workflow
• Development of novel solutions to evolving changes
• Expanding the number of customer deployments to deliver insights from massive scale data in real time
