Cast Influence Marketing and PR is seeking a Website Developer who will work closely with our customers to design and develop websites that meet or exceed customer expectations. Our Website Designer/Developers are involved in all phases of a project's lifecycle and supported by our team of project managers to make sure alignment of the client needs are met and creation of the right user experience is put into place. We are looking for enthusiastic, talented website developers with creative ideas, technical expertise, and a strong desire to produce high-quality work in a timely manner. We are looking for contractor 1099 resources or Part-time W-2 employees for consideration.

Cast influence has a support team of graphic design, project managers, video/animators, messaging team and more to help with all potential website needs for clients. You will be a part of this efficient team effort.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing customer websites

• Updating and maintaining our current corporate websites

• Creating website estimates based on defined deliverables

• Working with design elements and front-end coding

• Maintenance of the servers and hosting of the websites

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of five years of professional website development

• Ability to work as a team

• Ability to work remote but meet when necessary

• The ability to work with a variety of customers and projects

• Self-motivation and positive attitude

• The ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability to consistently produce professional-grade development work

• Experience with hosting solutions such as digital ocean

• Working knowledge of content management systems (WordPress knowledge required)

• Professional web design/development skills (HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, JQuery, etc.)
