The Company
Adventure Projects is a small team within REI that builds sites and apps for rock climbers, mountain bikers, hikers, trail runners and skiers. We’re passionate about getting outside and using the tools we build to help guide our adventures, which can start right out the office door in Boulder, CO.

The Team
Our small engineering team handles everything from infrastructure to web development to mobile apps. We’re self-motivated and excited about the opportunities and challenges that come with working on a small team. We build and iterate quickly, push code multiple times a day, have a lot of input into our products, and are responsible for every piece of the stack from servers to front-end code.

The Role
You enjoy working on all pieces of the stack, are an enthusiastic learner, and have a good ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. You’re excited about our products and have had experience building robust products for an engaged and passionate customer base.
In addition to building the Adventure Projects properties, we also collaborate with teams at REI to build products on the REI stack. We’re looking for someone who has experience with at least some of the tools we use in either environment:

• Adventure Projects stack: PHP with Laravel, jQuery / Vue, Bootstrap, AWS
• REI stack: Java with Spring Boot, Vue, Jenkins
