WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create a tool to simplify the toil associated with program management practices
• Planning: Align work with higher-level priorities, use flexible structure to plan OKRs and programs/projects, coordinate cross-team dependencies and commitments, and manage roadmap milestones approvals for external publication
• Tracking: Monitor delivery across large, complex initiatives with hierarchical views, identify risk areas, and see execution status through integration with Buganizer
• Reporting: Tailor reports and dashboards to provide business insights with minimal manual efforts

REQUIREMENTS

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with Java
• 5 years of experience implementing and integrating with 3rd party software through full system implementation life-cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support)
• Solid understanding of information management, data modeling, system integration, development methodologies (including unit testing)
• Passion for code quality
• Excellent problem-solving skills: Able to break down problems independently

• This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process
