A Full-Stack, Senior Software Engineer will join the engineering organization to design, develop, test, and maintain the suite of Conga products.
Being a Software Engineer, we expect that you are already writing high quality code. We also expect you to test that code while working collaboratively with the team. We find the best Engineers are able to communicate not just in programming languages, but also with other engineers to share what they know, learn from others, and contribute to making Conga a great place to work.
To succeed in this role at Conga, you should have written and unit tested your contributions in past roles, posess a deep understanding of SQL and the performance impact of database operations you make, and can communicate technical concepts in plain English. You’ll be expected to develop a competency in several areas of Conga products and several new technologies.
In your first week at Conga you’ll hit the ground running with bugfixes and enhancements to our forward-thinking document generation product, Collaborate. Collaborate is a Ruby on Rails monolith with a hybrid ReactJS/EmberJS frontend that creates pixel-perfect collaborative online documents and tracks these documents through our customers' sales cycles. The Collaborate team is an Agile and product-driven team.
Fast-forward a year and you’ll be working with the team on our initiative to transition to simple, secure, universal, high quality microservices to power our document generation suite. This includes greenfield development in .NET.
We have jumped with both feet into cloud-first architecture and are using Spinnaker, GraphQL, Kubernetes, and containers to make our services faster and more reliable for our customers. You should plan to arrive with the desire to learn because we are a fast moving development organization that is exploring new solutions and technologies all the time.

A sign-on bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
