Responsibilities & Opportunities of the Role:

• Primary responsibility is front-end web development using REACT
• Implement web application architecture using latest technology to follow best practices and improve performance
• Mentor and guide other developers and junior developers
• Review other developer code to ensure it meets business and technical design requirements and follows established practices and style
• Work with product team to review requirements, define tasks, and provide technical design
• Lead technical design process
• Build unit and integration testing concepts and frameworks
• Diagnose and provide solutions for performance and system issues
• Understand business needs and direction to drive system and application design and scale needs with a focus on reducing complexity

Minimum Qualifications to Apply:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related discipline 
• Minimum of six years of software development experience where software is used in production. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with REACT, REACT hooks and Javascript 
• Hands on experience with RESTful API endpoints
• Desire to spend each day writing code, not diagrams
• Experience with responsive and mobile web development
• Has solid understanding of design patterns and application architectures
• Must have strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and coding skills

Nice to Haves:

• C#, ASP.NET MVC and Web API
• Javascript experience including use of MVC or MVVM framework
• TSQL and SQL Server query optimization
• Experience using D3.js
