Gtmhub is seeking an incredible Senior Salesforce Administrator with 3+years Salesforce administration experience to join the team.

This position is fully remote and as long as you have reliable internet access, candidates can be based in the US, Canada, or the UK.

The Role

This is a varied business-facing role, interfacing with senior leaders and reporting to the VP of Partner and Sales Operations. As a Salesforce Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to own, manage, and improve our Salesforce platform and our use of Salesforce as a team.

The Nitty Gritty

As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will:

  • Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Manage Sandbox environment
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Own data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactively maintain systems including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Optimizer and Backups
  • Manage user support tickets
  • Monitor and improve user adoption
  • Lead new user and ongoing user training
  • Take ownership of technical documentation
  • Manage integrated applications and third party suppliers including Hubspot, Chorus AI, Outreach IO, ChargeBee, ZoomInfo and Highspot

Requirements

What We're Looking for

To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have:

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years’ of Salesforce Administration
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
  • Minimum Certification as a Salesforce Administrator (ADM201)
  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer would make you stand out.
  • Experience working with other SFDC platforms such as PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Experience designing scalable, best practice solutions
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience in change management and governance
  • Experience training end-users and key stakeholders
  • Ability to create technical documentation
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
  • DevOps/release management experience
  • Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java,
  • Competency in other languages / development (XML, Flex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, C++, SOAP-based web services,
  • An active presence in the Salesforce community

Location

Our Denver team is small but mighty and growing, currently around 30. We have ~70 team members across the rest of the US, and our remaining crew spans the UK, Germany, France, Bulgaria, and beyond. Our Denver office is located in the heart of downtown, on 16th & Welton.
