We're seeking a passionate QA Manager to help ensure the highest-quality software releases in the industry.

What you'll do:

  • Become an owner of quality and drive initiatives across our product portfolio
  • Develop and execute testing standards and practices for a white-label consumer experience across many partners
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams in leading testing process for customer-branded applications
  • Partner with QA the automation team to define and drive automated test needs
  • Manually test all components of our web apps
  • Create and maintain detailed test suites that cover all functionality of our products

What you have:

  • 5+ years of QA testing experience with 3+ in a senior role
  • Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure and its QA architecture
  • Strong background in testing E2E consumer experiences with a large customer base
  • Managed a browser/device testing matrices covering all needed client technology platforms
  • Knowledge of relevant tools industry tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BrowserStack, and web consoles
  • Knowledge of privacy, security and ADA requirements
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional QA initiatives

Special consideration for:

  • Web automation experience with Selenium/Python
  • API testing with tools such as Postman
  • Experience working with external and customer QA teams
  • JIRA expertise beyond ticket creation/management
  • Fantastic sense of humor
