The Senior Manager of Web Experience oversees the global strategy and execution of the digital journey across Pax8 external facing digital properties. They work closely with the leaders across our Demand Generation, Marketplace, and Tools & Technology teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, define the right customer experience, and manage Pax8 digital properties. The Senior Manager manages day-to-day digital experience operations including our US and UK websites, landing pages (Ceros, Marketo & Splash), sales engagement platform and chatbot. They provide counsel to our cross-functional team as it relates to UX and digital experience and manages a team of web and content specialists to drive conversion and increase partner acquisition growth by creating compelling and high-converting digital experiences. The Senior Manager uses technical and creative expertise with the Marketing team to create engaging digital experiences that surprise and delight our prospects, partners, and vendors.

Essential Responsibilities and Percentage of Time Spent (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Oversee and maintain the design and functionality of the Pax8 website, blog, and other digital properties to improve online user experience and to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and partner enablement (20%)
  • Recommend and execute strategies to develop quality traffic to Pax8’s website and digital experiences, drive online traffic, and conversion to sales (20%)
  • Manage a team of specialists to ensure that all digital properties are agile and are intentionally designed and developed to provide an optimized online experience (20%)
  • Work with other marketing team members to use data to assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs and continually optimize digital experience strategies and tactics (10%)
  • Ensure that all digital experiences align with brand standards while maintaining awareness of industry trends, exploring new ways to distribute content, and identify opportunities for growth in new digital channels and tactics (10%)
  • Use market insights and partner research to inform personas, digital strategies, and integrated experiences (10%)
  • Create customer journey and experience maps for marketing campaigns and initiatives (5%)
  • Continue a culture of test and learn; identify and implement new test ideas to optimize the customer experience across all device types (5%)

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least ten (10) years of mastery-level experience in digital strategy with a focus on traffic acquisition, conversion optimization and user experience for a B2B lead generation focused website
  • At least five (5) years of experience in content strategy and executing digital marketing programs
  • B2B experience a must; SaaS and B2C experience is an asset
  • Experience with conversational UI platforms such as Drift, Intercom or chatbots, is an asset
  • In depth knowledge of website measurement tools and platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Strong experience building and managing websites and blogs via WordPress
  • Experience building landing pages and interactive content with tools, like Ceros is an asset
  • Experience crafting engaging stories to drive lead generation and customer enablement
  • Experience building and executing digital tactics, such as landing pages, emails, and more
  • Knowledge of UX and SEO best practices for websites, landing pages, and other digital properties

Required Education & Certifications:

  • A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $100,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
