As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be directly reporting to one of our accomplished Engineering Managers, and will help develop our Infrastructure as Code platform and use it to help us build product features. In this role you’ll get to:

• Shape the way we develop and use infrastructure as code and related systems, such as terraform modules, according to best practices
• Evolve systems towards improved reliability and scalability
• Help improve our infrastructure practices to minimize service disruptions
• Track and communicate operational metrics surrounding infrastructure health, capacity, and cost
• Develop infrastructure to support Service Level Goals as a first-class consideration

We are looking for people who have:

• Experience operating distributed systems at scale (such as ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, Kafka, or Cassandra)
• Proficiency with at least one programming language and familiarity with software engineering principles
• Embraced infrastructure as code whenever possible (such as Terraform, SaltStack/Puppet)
