What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Senior Information Systems Administrator to join our team! This position will work as part of a growing collaborative enterprise information systems team to ensure maximum efficiently of our enterprise processes and systems that support critical sales and finance functions. In this position, you will:

  • Design, document, develop, and maintain new solutions that enable the growth of the company through gained efficiencies and access to critical operational data
  • Develop and document enterprise system architecture, data flows, and integrations
  • Ensure accurate and actionable data is in the appropriate system of record and easily accessible though dashboards or reports you help to develop
  • Work closely with a passionate group of stakeholders to make a dramatic impact on the growth of the business

How you’ll spend your days:

  • Performing administration functions in key IS systems (Salesforce, Zuora, Hubspot), including managing user profiles, roles, permissions, record types, objects, reports, dashboards, and incident support
  • Developing custom fields, page layouts, record types, reports, objects and dashboards
  • Performing data imports, exports and updates
  • Assisting users with best practices and process optimization opportunities - you see what others can’t see
  • Partnering with leadership, external development teams and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of solutions
  • Taking a leadership role in grooming, development, testing, and deployment of projects
  • Developing documentation, training materials, workflows, and process maps to increase knowledge throughout the organization
  • Build and maintain data integration tools (ETLs) and ensure data integrity is monitored and maintained between key systems
  • Support and develop custom solutions using APEX scripting, process builder, workflows, etc.
  • Collaborate with outside contractors to deliver on key IS initiatives
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
  • Develop and document enterprise system architecture, data flows and integrations

What it takes to be successful on our team:

  • BS/BA degree in a business discipline 
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience  
  • Experience as a Zuora administrator highly desired 
  • APEX experience or comparable coding experience highly desired 
  • Proud owner of at least 1 Salesforce Administrator Certification 
  • Proficiency with all Salesforce administration tasks; bonus points for Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightening experience 
  • Strong understanding of key sales and financial business processes: Quote-to-Cash, Billing Collections, and Revenue Management to name a few 
  • Hands on experience with ETL tools 
  • Proven experience managing large enterprise systems and data processes from ideation to delivery within scope, budget and timeline 
  • Strong analytics, data analysis, and reporting skills and experience 
  • Obsessive attention to detail with the ability to communicate, document, and prioritize tasks 
  • You energize a room and love a fast paced and fun environment 
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adjust the level of detail depending on the audience
