Brandfolder is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Front-End Engineer to grow our presence at the forefront of Digital Asset Management. You will inspire the most recognizable brands in the world, like National Geographic, TripAdvisor, and Slack, by providing tools and strategic insights that increase their brand engagement. At our core, Brandfolder is customer focused, crafts simple and intuitive user experiences, and builds elegant and scalable solutions.

You have experience building apps with modern front-end technologies such as React, Sass, and Webpack and are comfortable iterating on legacy code built in jQuery. You will be a part of the product team to architect, design, and build powerful features that fit within our user-friendly platform. We have an amazing list of clients that will rely on you to provide and maintain the product to store, share, and showcase all assets core to their brands.

What you’ll do

• Join a collaborative team of the most savvy devs in Denver

• Contribute to best-in-class development patterns and practices as we grow

• Develop and own new features from the ground up

• Support and grow our existing features

• Lead by example with software architecture, design, and testing

• Deploy production changes daily

• Constantly optimize and improve our experiences

• Bring top-notch designs to fruition in collaboration with our design team

• Become an integral contributor to the direction of the product and the team

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of software development experience

• Positive attitude and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with React/Redux and jQuery

• Experience building API-driven applications

• Strong understanding of styling and user interface principles

• Basic understanding of deployment practices

• Strong knack for picking up new tools and technologies, continuously learning

• The drive to take initiative and own high-impact projects from day one

Bonus points for

• Designing and building B2B web applications

• Test-driven development practices

• Experience with Ruby on Rails

• Using D3 to build visualizations

• Previous work experience in a startup-like environment
