Sales Manager
We are looking for smart, talented, energetic, and team-oriented people who are passionate about and proud of their work. You should be highly motivated, be able to find your way through ambiguity and be self-driven.
Required Qualifications:
Self-motivated with a strong passion to learn and grow your craft in sales, marketing, & operations
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field, OR comparable work experience AND coursework/education
1-3 years experience in b2b sales, marketing, and/or startup operations
Some experience with customer support and account management
Some experience in strategic planning & thinking in a startup environment preferred
Ability to work with and actively participate with a small, highly motivated, high-speed team
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Some domain knowledge preferred but not required (ski & snowboard industry)
Strong drive for problem-solving, for constantly evolving growth hacks and finding ways to scale a product and company
What You'll Do:
Report to and work directly with CEO & Product team
Willing to travel on occasion (the places you go are hard to beat)
- Manage your own book of business, and guide potential clients through the entire sales process
Build relationships and develop key strategic partnerships, integrations, and alliances with other organizations
Assist in launching the Snowvation product in new countries
Assist in launching new Snowvation products for other verticals
Think independently and establish your own growth initiatives on behalf of the company
