Senior CPaaS Systems Engineer

This role will be responsible for working on our CPaaS core functionality and integrations with customer premise equipment like Avaya and Cisco Contact Centers. They will create scripts & APIs as needed and manage code deployments.

Education

  • Major in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience required

Experience & Expertise

  • 8+ years of experience in Linux (Redhat and/or CentOS)
  • 5 years of experience with Asterisk, Opensip, Kamailio, or FreeSwitch
  • Deep knowledge of scripting (Python, PHP and Bash)
  • Deep knowledge of GIT command line tool, Continuous Integration, GITLAB
  • Deep knowledge of API / Server-side development experience (NODEJS)
  • Experience in database such as MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Experience in configuration management such as Chef/Terraform
  • Deep knowledge of Apache/NGinx web servers and web load balancer
  • Experience in containers such as Docker
  • Experience building Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployments pipelines.
