Certification Exam Developer
Description
As a Senior Certification Exam Developer, you will have the opportunity to develop and evolve exams that impact the careers of software professionals as they transform their enterprises.
You will participate in the planning, development, implementation, data analysis, and maintenance of all SAFe® certification exams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Participate in all exam development-related activities, including analysis, item development, exam production, and maintenance, scoring analysis, and results reporting for all English and translated exams
- Work with subject matter experts to define and review exam content
- Attend meetings to discuss organizational decisions that impact certifications
- Contribute to the growth and maintenance of a repository of exam questions, technical metrics, and reporting
- Participate in service exam reviews specifically looking at pt-biserial and p-value statistics to improve items
- Assist with exam-related workshops varying from administrative work to exam development-specific activities
- Support initiatives such as tooling, metrics, and test security
- Support exam translation work including working with SAI’s globalization team
This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who will assist with the successful completion of all elements of certification exam development. In general, we see this level of skill in candidates who have 2 or more years of experience designing and developing professional assessments.
Where you’ll be working
Although preference will be given to candidates in Metro Denver / Boulder, we are open to candidates working remotely from other U.S. locations. We are currently all working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Compensation:
Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
