Senior CCaaS Architect
Location: Englewood, CO or Remote
Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% (post pandemic)

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical resource for CCaaS implementations on client projects
- Ownership and responsibility for the end-to-end design of the technical architecture including:
-Routing strategy
-IVR design
-API approach and external data integrations
-Design and maintain reusable code libraries
-Advise on testing strategy and provide input into test plans
- Responsible for estimating and supervising technical efforts for all phases of the project
- You are the SME who understands operational impacts of technology decisions and can easily explain to both technical and non-technical stakeholders the importance of technology and the impacts to the business.
- Ability to communicate your technical design to both internal resources and Client teams
- Ability to communicate how the CCaaS platform works and how it can be applied to solving business needs
What We’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering
- 10 or more years’ experience in Contact Center and UC environments designing, planning, documenting and implementing these architectures using the latest technologies.
- 5 or more years of software development, design, and testing of real time systems
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices
- Experience with coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++
- Experience building and managing libraries of re-usable software components.
- Ability to architect and build applications.
- Experience with Genesys Pure Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect, Cisco, Avaya, inContact/NICE CXOne or other cloud telephony platform.
- Hands on development using REST and SOAP API integrations
- SIP services/VoIP experience to include troubleshooting
- Experience creating and presenting to clients
- Network infrastructure experience is a plus
- Ability and desire to mentor and coach team members

Applicants can expect to make between $175,000 to $225,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus up to 20%.
