What you'll be doing: 

As an Automation Engineer, Applied Automation Hub (CoE) you will be a key member of the Technology and Innovation Group at Ttec.  Working with cross-functional teams from different business units to create complex automation solutions using Ttec Service Delivery Automation (SDA) suite of tools to transform Ttec's business.  Responsible for implementing automation projects across the organization through design, testing and maintenance phases.  Must be able to work on multiple automation projects while maintaining high standards for deployed solutions, meeting critical timelines and business requirements.


You will be responsible for:

•Design and development of automation solutions using Ttec's suite of automation tools

•Serves as a key resource on complex and / or critical automation projects driving strategic and tactical implementation

•Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure to act as subject matter expert for automation integration with IT systems / applications

•Facilitating the mitigation of risks and issues throughout the Automation lifecycle

•Drive end to end business and technical solution by managing various phases of development cycles

•Working with partners to provide functional and technical expertise for solution design, development, testing, risk mitigation and ongoing maintenance of automation solutions


Skills and experience you will bring:

•5+ years of programing / systems analysis expertise in enterprise environments with both cloud and on-premise based solutions.

•3 to 5 years' experience administrating and managing MS SQL databases

•Strong understanding of different API methods / tools for testing system to system integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Powershell, VB, etc…)

•Demonstrated skills in shaping and leading development of technical specifications

•Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within established timelines with minimal supervision

•Demonstrate advanced business and technical acumen for applications and infrastructure

•Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create, edit, track)
