The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Angular SDK Engineer to join our Engineering Team. This is a full-time position in either our Boulder or Amsterdam office. Remote is also an option.

What You Will Do 

We are looking to hire an experienced TypeScript/Angular Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for kickstarting Stream’s Angular SDK to allow integration with Stream’s core APIs. Your work will be used by thousands of developers and consumed by billions of their end-users.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Build, maintain and enhance Stream’s Angular SDK
• Work closely with product, design, and customer support teams to deliver a great product and developer experience
• Deliver comprehensive, engaging documentation tutorials, and sample applications
• Collaborate with the rest of the SDK teams to ensure feature parity across SDKs
• Assist customers with implementation, respond to Github issues, and review open source contributions
• Pivot, jump in, and assist in development/maintenance of other SDKs

Ideally you have

• • Been working as a software engineer for 5+ years
  • Experience with TypeScript at production level
  • Deep understanding of Angular and RxJS

• Experience building libraries or other tools for developers
• Examples of well made developer docs and examples
• Experience with Ionic and mobile web development
• Computer science fundamentals
• A deep understanding of design and interaction with REST APIs
• Experience with TDD and CI

Bonus Points

• Experience interacting with other developers on Github (opening issues, open source contributions or maintenance)
• Other technical experience with Go, Python, NodeJS, React
• Experience with Sass
• Startup experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
