Job Description
The Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations role requires expertise in SFDC, sales systems and process design, coupled with sharp business acumen. This analyst will collaborate with the sales leadership team and IT stakeholders to to manage RingCentrals SFDC instance and associated sales tools. The candidate with all be responsible for managing dashboards, reports and analytics tools. Additionally, the analyst will be involved in assessing and developing business cases to improve the current state and develop a roadmap for the future. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Systems-based projects are likely to focus on improving operational efficiency, developing simplified user experience and maximizing sales velocity.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the SFDC and Sales tools portfolio of projects and assist in developing a 2 year roadmap
- Proactively provide status of projects, issue identification and risk management
- Develop and manage vendor scorecards and organize QBR's
- Monitor and manage vendor contracts, renewals and user licenses
- Develop and maintain systems and process documentation
- Conduct tool evaluations, gap analysis to assess usage and adoption strategies
- Work cross functionally with key stakeholders to develop and manage business requirements
- Automate existing processes and reports, moving from spreadsheets to automated dashboards
- Provide SFDC and tools analytics for management to drive the business planning process
- Audit SFDC objects and fields to ensure utilization and reduce technical debt
- Design dashboards for the sales leadership with the ability to report on trends/insights
- Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global offices
- Measure and report on the effectiveness (KPI's and Metrics) of projects and initiatives
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Management
- SFDC Admin Certification
- Order Management Tools Experience – CPQ
- Sales Tools Experience – OutreachIO, Gainsight, LeanDate, Aviso
- Experience in other cloud-based systems and solutions is an advantage
- Knowledge of the end to end sales motion, top of the funnel demand gen through customer success
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Lucid, Visio, PowerPoint and data visualization tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
- Ability to gather, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help inform decisions
- Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and consistent follow-through skills
- Ability to think and influence both at the strategic and execution level
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience documenting processes using project management methodologies
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner
