What You Will Do:. 

As a Salesforce Developer on our Technical Operation team, you will be responsible for extending our business logic and functionality by leveraging advanced Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builders.  Responsibilities include: 

  • Partner with Tech Ops team to review requirements against current architecture and apply software development discipline and methodologies within the Salesforce ecosystem to deliver stable, scalable, supportable solutions.
  • Help strengthen the development practice by contributing to coding standards and best practice guidelines.
  • Mature the software delivery process through application of solid unit test and code review processes.
  • Use Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builders appropriately
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to maintain integrations between Salesforce and our product.

You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and system administrators within a dynamic, fast paced environment to ensure core systems are built for scale and delivery of key insights.

Key Areas Of Responsibility:

  • Scaling internal systems to support a large sales team with a primary focus on pipeline velocity.
  • Scaling internal systems to support a dynamic set of teams responsible for customer care and retention.
  • Minimize business interruption through timely defect resolution.
  • Reports progress on multiple assignments in a timely manner with project managers.

What You’ll Bring

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of software development experience
  • Strong communication skills including communicating technical concepts to non-technical roles
  • 2+ years of development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Lightning experience
  • Salesforce.com Platform App Builder or Developer Certification(s)


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Salesforce Communities
  • Experience with Salesforce DX
  • Experience with custom integrations, webhooks, and metadata
  • Experience with any of the following tools is a nice to have: DocuSign, Atlassian's Confluence and JIRA

Salary and Benefits:

  • FTE: Salary range: 107/K - 119/K (DOE)
