Salesforce Developer
Downtown Denver-based Start-up Company seeks a dynamic service-oriented professional who is highly-organized and has experience catering to affluent clientele from around the world. The Salesforce Developer position will work closely with technical leadership to enable SFDC solutions that will help progress all endeavors of the business.
The role is will have a significant impact on the overall business, and he or she will need to collaborate with other teams to design and develop solutions that will meet needs and expectations, as well as increase operational efficiency and visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Work with other teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using the SFDC platform
- Design, develop, implement and maintain internal and customer-facing solutions in the Salesforce platform
- Work with managed packages and third-party vendors
- Learn, improve, and expand code quality, design, and version control best practices
- Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks
- Work effectively with existing SFDC development team including mentoring junior developers
- Delivery and QA of complex/custom developed solutions within Salesforce.com which are related to marketing & sales initiatives
Required Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Deep knowledge of SFDC, SFDC Apex, Visualforce
- Working knowledge of Lightning components, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
- Web service based integration experience with third-party applications via real-time, batch, sync/async
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and systems engineering, working predominantly in Agile scrum teams
- Knowledge of SFDC development best-practices, recommendations, and limitations, including but not limited to Governance Limits, Order of Execution, and platform configuration
Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in both the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms
- 3+ years of SFDC Apex, Visual Force Page or Lightning development
- Able to interact effectively with internal customers and peer development teams
- Adaptable to changing requirements and schedules of a fast-paced growth company
