In the Salesforce & CRM Development role, you will conduct hands-on development, configuration and systems activities as we fully maximize Salesforce within our organization.

What you'll do:

  • Build out custom visual force pages using APEX
  • Build in both Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Communities using APEX, process builder, and flow builder
  • Document technical requirements, processes, and procedures
  • Promptly communicate challenges, abatement plans and suggestions to bring at-risk project timelines and team objectives back on track
  • Ensure code is delivered in an iterative format focused on getting it out quickly in order to get feedback
  • Conduct API integrations with CPQ, Intacct, Hubspot, GetFeedback, LeanData, and 2CP
  • Conduct code reviews regularly
  • Possess an understanding of both unit and integration tests
  • Participate in team meetings and update tasks within the Project Management Software regularly
  • Focus on professional development and skill enhancement to apply learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Fail fast and fail with a forward and solution-oriented focus and drive
  • Effectively manage expectations, promptly communicate, and constantly collaborate with the team 
  • Support the team and organization to fully implement and maximize Salesforce

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
  • 3+ years experience with application development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred
  • 2+ years experience developing in Salesforce using APEX and other available tools inside of Salesforce required
  • Ability to prioritize data quality, management, and security
  • Experience working with CPQ, Sales cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities highly preferred
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly
  • Puts a high value on clear, consistent communication
  • Salesforce developer certifications preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration and development; security, standard objects, reports/dashboards, Knowledge, data management and sandbox environments
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities preferred
