As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be building the future of Healthgrades’ enterprise solutions, enabling health systems, hospitals and providers to better reach those consumers who are seeking care.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with a high-performing team of Application Engineers focused on implementing products and directly impact the mission of Healthgrades
  • Develop Salesforce and/or Appian code to achieve customer requirements and implement Healthgrades offerings
  • Review other team members' code for correctness and quality
  • Remove roadblocks to development through collaboration, communication, and creative solution recommendations
  • Recommend and drive development best practices and continuous integration and delivery as part of a forward-thinking, agile organization

 What You Will Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce implementations
  • 2+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Changes sets, and system configurations is preferred
  • Strong familiarity with cloud based services
  • Experience designing and building distributed systems for scalability and security
  • A ability to self-educate on new technologies, techniques and methods
  • Test-and-learn mentality – you pivot quickly when an approach is not successful
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Familiarity with various automation applications a plus
  • Knowledge of Healthcare applications a plus
  • Client facing experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $93K - $110K annually*
  • Bonus: up to 5% annually
