TextUs for Salesforce enhances our customers’ CRM experience with integrated business-class text messaging, improving workforce productivity, increasing communication efficiency, and enhancing customer engagement.

TextUs is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join the team to help us build and maintain TextUs for Salesforce as we introduce new features and automation workflows. 

Requirements:

• Experience (3+ years) developing production custom Salesforce applications professionally
• An included statement in your application on how you have worked with Salesforce development environments at production scale.

You are able to:

• Manage/Maintain TextUs App on the Salesforce App Exchange
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components, API integrations,Visualforce pages and flows to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements for our customers.
• Manage development environments including multiple sandboxes and the migration process for code and configuration to a production Salesforce environment.
• Participate in all aspects of Salesforce releases, including feature review and impact analysis, planning, designing, building, testing, deploying, supporting, and documenting.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide recommendations, and implement solutions & best practices in the areas of data integrity standards, data quality and overall Salesforce system usage.
• Assist our Technical Services and Business Operations team with the configuration and support of the Salesforce Orgs, as well as related Salesforce applications.
• Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation for users regarding system functionality, enhancements, configuration and best practices.
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
• Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.

• Compensation Range: $130K - $150K
