Greenhouse is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team!

The Salesforce Administrator will be focused on the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the sales technology stack as we transition Greenhouse to Salesforce Lighting. The primary duties will include tasks such as record-level updates, merges, general user maintenance, troubleshooting, data loading, report creation and maintenance, and overall Salesforce administration. We need someone to handle the day-to-day asks from all levels of leadership in order to allow the entire team to benefit from a well-administered system that will drive our Sales organization forward.

What you’ll do

  • Lead transition to Lightning UI across all internal SFDC users
  • Assist in maintaining and updating Salesforce CPQ configuration
  • Surface improvements to existing processes, administration, and automation; work to implement those improvements
  • Help to increase heads-down/focus-time for other team members
  • Assist with UAT
  • Participate in defining, scoping, and building sales and cross-departmental work processes and data flows
  • Build and maintain a documentation framework for the Sales/CRM tech stack
  • Support our team in their day-to-day use of the Salesforce platform and connected tools


You should have

  • Prior experience with Salesforce administration, preferably with a SaaS company
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce certification, preferred
  • Experience implementing or maintaining Salesforce CPQ, a plus
