As a tech-enabled disruptor in the vacation rental industry, Evolve needs an administrator who is passionate about the Salesforce platform to support our users. We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem and supporting our internal and external customers. This person will also collaborate with various business stakeholders to optimize and streamline processes to provide best-in class user experiences utilizing Salesforce’s feature-rich suite of products.

What you’ll do

  • Support our internal customers in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner
  • Be responsible for all basic administrative functions and database maintenance in compliance with Evolve governance, including administering user account access and permissions, page layouts and other routine tasks
  • Maintain existing configurations and build new configurations which may include custom apps and objects, formula fields, reports, list views
  • Create and maintain internal user guides and update technical documentation.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly data cleansing initiatives to maintain data integrity
  • Meet all SLAs for user support requests to ensure the needs of the business and business users are met, on time.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as new applications or processes are developed

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud lightning experience 
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Ability to interact with business and technical users
  • Passionate about the Salesforce Platform  
  • Highly-motivated, self-starter and detail oriented

Location 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! 

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $88,000 to $100,000, depending on relevant experience

Our office is located in Downtown Denver surrounded by the best the city has to offer. With our flexible remote work policy, our teammates are free to work in person in our Colorado space or remotely from home in 48 approved states.
