As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the technical underpinnings of Salesforce and the related toolset, including configuring and maintaining the technical architecture and design of the system, workflows, custom objects, integrations, and plug-ins. You will also work cross-departmentally to evolve the system to continue to provide operational efficiency and value through technology.

What you will do:

  • Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Sales Cloud applications including ongoing review, maintenance and configuration of SFDC feature releases
  • Create and maintain the tools, systems, and mechanisms required to gain visibility into sales performance including implementation, maintenance, and configuration of all managed packages
  • Configure and manage interfaces between internal systems (e.g. Salesforce, Workfront, and NetSuite)
  • Provide guidance in the design of enhancements to Salesforce based on a comprehensive understanding of both Salesforce and the business processes
  • Provide support for the ongoing CPQ implementation for Sales
  • Create and manage custom Reports and Dashboards for various parts of the organization such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Develop custom scripts and/or work with outside consulting resources to implement custom functionality
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, etc.

What you will bring:

  • Advanced Salesforce Admin certification required
  • 6-10+ years of experience in end to end technical deployments related to Salesforce (SFDC) and associated business tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions 
  • Strong experience with configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch
  • Solid time management, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Bonus: CPQ and/or Einstein Analytics experience
