Do you want to build and operate a leading revenue operations (RevOps) technology stack at a fast-growing cyber security company? We'd love to work with someone who believes that a fully integrated RevOps stack is the key to SaaS success and you understand that what you do drives business success. Swimlane is looking for a technology expert that knows a few key technologies (Salesforce and Pardot) and can learn a lot more (Outreach, Loopio, Freshdesk,...) and is excited to work directly with every facet of the business to enable those tools to improve the lives of everyone around them.
The role will lead a team to deploy, update, document, and train people on a broad variety of tools, but also work on long-running strategic projects like integrations with Swimlane's SaaS stack to enable product-led growth initiatives, automate RFP responses, and improve the workflow for sales teams to quote and close business.

Requirements
Lead a team of RevOps specialists, including day-to-day management, project planning, cross-departmental communications, hiring, career developments, mentorship, and coaching

• Ability to learn, document, and train others on sales, marketing, customers success, and other business tools
• Strong Salesforce administration experience and expertise including the administration and support of Salesforce, including but not limited to user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, automation, price books, integration, and anything else you can do with Salesforce
• Strong marketing automation system management expertise, in our case Pardot
• Experience with any of the following would be extremely helpful, but a willingness to learn is just as good: Freshdesk, Zapier, Loopio, Allbound, Outreach, and Taskray
• Experience with all the productivity tools, word processing, spreadsheet, presentations, etc
• Ability to project manage, prioritize, and communicate a wide variety of tasks and long-term projects
• Ability to document procedures and train others on those procedures
