About:
The Robotics DevOps and Test Engineer will report to the Director of Research & Development and lead the development of AMP's build, test, and deployment infrastructure.
This position requires familiarity with: large scale fleet management, high reliability automated software deployments, and test infrastructure for robotic systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop automated and hardware-in-the-loop test systems to improve AMP's software reliability
Create capabilities to continuously deploy software across 1000+ robotic systems around the world
Build cloud infrastructure to manage data and analyze performance
Assist developers with better tools, integrations, test infrastructure and process
Interface with our operations team on the commissioning, calibration, and operation of our systems
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
Experience with DevOps and Testing
A broad technical skillset and the ability to quickly adapt to AMP's existing tools
A passion for recycling and improving the world through technology
Preferred:
3+ years of industry experience managing large scale embedded system deployments
Understanding of InfoSec best practices
Familiarity with: ROS, CMake, Python, Ansible, Gitlab, Google Cloud, Tensorflow, Docker, Kubernetes.
A portfolio of past work and ability to show and explain projects
