Today we’ve built a tool & marketplace streamlining real estate photography for real estate agents. Tomorrow we’re the platform to order anything related to selling a property (cleaning, staging, appraisals, inspections, renovations). We’ll focus on what brings the most value to the world.

Being a part of our team you would be: 
* Making sure our operations run smoothly with the least amount of bugs 
* Helping determine what product improvements should be made 
* Discussing why we *should* or *should not* focus on certain projects 
* Fully autonomous in your day to day decisions in order to hit the companies semi-monthly & quarterly goals 
* Whiteboard theoretical models while at the same time rolling up your sleeves and churning out efficient results/code/design 
* Documenting code or learnings from experiments for other members of our distributed team to read through

Nitty gritty details might include: 
* Designing an MVP in react native of a realtor focused app to make it easier to schedule their photography shoots 
* Putting together a Machine Learning algorithm to automate fixing crooked photos that photographers have taken. 
* Optimize a realtors listing specific website to display properly on mobile. 
* Implement a redesign of the customer dashboard to increase orders and reduce customer service calls 
* Automatically calculate and distribute contractor pay based on characteristics like if a reshoot was necessary, how far the contractor had to drive, etc. 
* Studying out financial model to figure out what are the largest impacts you can make 
* Programming in Python, React, React Native, AWS and MongoDB

This role is one you’d probably want because you:

* Salary: Our salary formula adjusts to your role and experience. For this role, the range is $70k – $100k per year.
