You must be able to provide recommended solutions to QA process improvements, as well as implement and measure the benefit of these solutions.
What you’ll do:

- Serve as the last line of defense before launching campaigns to 20mm+ users.
- Perform pre-launch QA of hundreds of UPCs per week to ensure total accuracy of setup.
- Work alongside cross-functional stakeholders on Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to roll out new processes related to app content setup and execution.
- Leverage learnings to develop and refine an audit process that scores quality across the team while reporting findings to key stakeholders.
- Prepare standardized quality audit reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing campaign setup and billing information to drive superior client services.
- Identify error trends and work cross-functionally with other departments to implement procedures to mitigate errors, or build tools that will reduce Ibotta’s operational costs.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in a QA/QC or process driven role.
- Strong attention to detail, the ability to identify areas of improvement, and the drive to put those changes into motion.
- The ability to communicate effectively across cross functional teams and with different levels of management.
- High proficiency in Excel and Google docs.
- Self-directed and capable and making an impact with varying levels of direction.
- A talent for project management and a knack for seeing a project through from start to finish.
