Modivcare is looking for an experienced reporting analyst or manager who can manage and oversee a team of excel oriented report analysts and quality assurance analysts. You will be measured on the team's successful timeliness, quantity, and quality of reports and PowerPoint deliverables assembled. You will add value to the organization by relieving pressure on our developer population. You will report to the Director of Data & Analytics -- Client Reporting within the Data Insights & Analytics organization.

You will...

• Oversee a team of report analysts and report quality assurance analysts who work primarily in excel and PowerPoint
• Coach and guide Report Analysts and Report Quality Assurance Analysts in assembling reports for customers
• Own the outcome of rapid report assembly
• Work directly with the Director of Data & Analytics -- Client Reporting
• Drive the collection of business and reporting logic aimed at reducing report rejections with clients from hard to identify type errors
• Help the Client Reporting team drive adoption of Tableau Server external facing dashboards where possible
• Assemble PowerPoint decks for internal and external team members
• Track reports as they move through the release process

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in intermediate excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Interest in learning new data analytics skills or a career in data analytics
• Experience as a business analyst or manager

Salary: $64,668 - $103,514/annually
Bonus eligible based upon individual and company performance
