Snapdocs is a rapidly growing San Francisco-based real estate technology unicorn backed by leading investors Sequoia, Y Combinator, Tiger Global, F-Prime, and others. We're on a mission to perfect mortgage closings for all. Powering millions of closings a year, Snapdocs is leading the charge to modernize, streamline, and improve the mortgage process for lenders, borrowers, and settlement.

At Snapdocs, we are on a mission to enhance the real estate closing process with efficiency and transparency so that lenders can close their loans sooner and home buyers can move into their dream homes quicker. To help us accomplish this mission, we need a QA Engineer to join our growing team to support integration testing for release and to be a key player on our engineering team. If this sounds exciting, read on...
Our ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience with both manual and automation testing. We currently use tools like Cypress, Postman, Datadog, and JavaScript so proficiency in those or similar tools is a must. Experience with application security testing or pentesting would be the cherry on top. This role will give you the opportunity to be part of a growing engineering team, a chance to learn and master some newer technologies, and most of all, the opportunity to have a huge impact and not just be another cog in the machine.
As a QA engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the testing and validation of our product features and fixes. You will add to the QA team’s ability to build out testing infrastructure, and continue to move the needle towards higher quality and a devops culture. You should have a passion for software testing, an inquisitive mindset with a keen attention to detail, a strong desire to learn, and enjoy debugging and identifying complex issues. Patience, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines under pressure, proactively communicate issues to stakeholders and management with the appropriate level of urgency, and the innate ability to work collaboratively are key.

Snapdocs strongly values diversity and drive. We want to work with people of different backgrounds and different paths in life, and we trust our team to make smart decisions. This means we value independent work as well as collaboration. We provide excellent benefits (listed below) and are located in both San Francisco and Denver!

Our benefits include (but are not limited to):

  • 21 days of vacation
  • Company subsidized health, dental, vision insurance
  • Flexible spending account for healthcare and dependent care
  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Commuter benefits

Snapdocs is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please let us know.
