How you will impact OrthoFi:
As a Quality Control Coordinator, the primary focus of this position is to work alongside our QA team to help them ensure adherence to our processes and measure the effectiveness of internal teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, curious individual who enjoys digging into data to solve problems collaboratively across different teams.
As the Quality Control Coordinator, you will support the team in conducting quality reviews with assigned groups, measuring process adherence, providing constructive feedback, reporting on trends, and working with your team to continually align. You will work on problems and projects that seek to answer core business questions where you will look to root cause analysis for your answers. You will administer many of our team's reports and may help in identifying trends in our data. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who pays attention to detail and wants to become better at using data to drive decision making.
Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct Quality Reviews on RCM products to ensure consistency across individuals
  • Measures Process Adherence and Ensures Compliance
  • Weekly delivery of consistent, fair, and transparent feedback to individuals
  • Categorize and reports on trends
  • Root cause analysis on common issues
  • Collaborate with Operations to increase effectiveness of reporting
  • Support projects aligned with OKRs as needed
  • Calibration with other QC Coordinators/QA Specialists on a bi-weekly basis to ensure methods are not dispersed


Skill Set:

  • 1 year of experience in quality assurance or data analysis
  • General technical and practical competence as it relates to data analysis, general statistics, trend analysis, and mathematics
  • Understanding of different communication strategies that allow for more effective communication to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with different forms of root cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.)
  • Ability to create basic items in Excel like charts, pivot tables, and is familiar with formulas like vlookup
  • Previous experience with RCM platforms a plus
  • Ability to explain complex trends to individual contributors so they understand their performance and ability to improve
  • Ability to benchmark from historical data and identify trends
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation: $17.00-$21.00/hour
Work Authorization: You must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
