Position Summary 

SRS Acquiom is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our fast-paced software development teams. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, enjoy solving complex problems, collaborate effectively, think creatively and provide diverse insights to help us all think better and differently. Primary Responsibilities 

• Develop a strong understanding of our business to enable effective test planning and execution.
• Analyze complex functional requirements, perform research on current processes, design and document manual and automated test strategies for unit, integration, regression and performance testing
• Work with Technology management to design and implement continuous automated testing practices throughout agile development teams and iterations
• Efficiently isolate, replicate, and manage defects and validate defect fixes
• Provide feedback and recommendations on software usability and functionality as well as software process improvement suggestions
• Assist other teams to troubleshoot application issues in production and other environments
• Be an effective, engaged member of a cross-functional Scrum team that is learning to be self-organizing
• Daily management of deadlines and priorities, delivering high quality results under pressure

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years QA experience in environments using technologies such as PHP, Javascript, Angular, PostgreSQL, Test Driven Development, CI/CD
• Experience testing multi-tier software systems from UI through database in a fast-paced environment
• Experience writing test automation scripts with at least one automated test framework (e.g., Robot Framework, GEB, Cucumber, FitNesse, Selenium) 
• Intermediate SQL skills to query databases and create test data and test frameworks
• Experience configuring test environments
• Strong drive to serve the user with world class software
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems practically
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility who promotes strategic alignment and is methodical, detail oriented, efficient, organized, highly productive, a true self-starter

Preferred Qualifications 

• Testing of ERP / CRM systems, particularly NetSuite 
• Experience with Selenium, Jira, TestRail 
• Background in Banking/Financial services 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, CIS or related discipline
• ISTQB Certification
