Job Description
FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Quality Assurance Analyst II in Denver, CO to establish and implement quality assurance and compliance processes for information technology (IT). Develop and implement quality maturity roadmap and plan for each IT functional area. Establish and implement quality assurance and compliance processes for IT. Work closely with IT leaders to develop and implement overall quality maturity roadmap and plan for each IT functional area. Establish internal IT service quality control standards, policies and procedures. Develop, publish and implement software quality assurance plans. Consult with development, testing and production teams to develop, publish and implement software quality assurance plans. Review progress toward software quality assurance plans regularly with IT leadership, technical teams and internal customers to make modifications as necessary. Establish internal IT service quality control standards, policies and procedures. Monitor, evaluate, manage and execute audit processes to ensure compliance. Coordinate and facilitate quality assurance activities across projects with project managers. Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to IT teams on quality assurance methodologies and processes. Make recommendations and direct improvements to the software development lifecycle process. Document non-compliance to policies, processes and standards and assist in resolution. Analyze and identify trends in IT performance metrics. Design, monitor and analyze performance metrics program for quality improvement initiatives. Conduct audits and analyze findings to develop appropriate corrective action recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: utilizing end-to-end systems lifecycle development methodologies including Agile Methodology, Test Driven Development and Scaled Agile framework (SAFe); utilizing quality management and improvement methodology, including Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, and SEI-CMM; conducting software design, development, debugging, and testing; writing software documentation and identifying software requirements; utilizing Visual Studio, .NET Framework, SQL Server, SSIS, SpecFlow, SOAPUI, CodedUI, C#, JAVA, Python, Selenium, Mainframe, WSDL, REST, Postman, Powershell, Test Driven Development, Agile, SAFe, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Rally, Microsoft Test Manager (MTM), Active Directory, SalesForce, ServiceCloud, and Virtual Server.
