About Valyant AI:
Valyant AI has developed an artificial intelligence platform that can automate customer service for multiple industries, including restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, financial services and more. We are currently in the process of beta testing our order-taking AI with several major restaurants and expect to scale rapidly through the second half of 2020 and 2021.

Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1+ years of software QA experience
- Experience or desire to work with large, complex systems
- Ability to build and maintain autonomous testing tools and processes
- Experience with various technologies and testing methodologies, and the ability to quickly learn new ones
- Ability to review or identify test cases and execute regression tests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Development experience is a plus but not required
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Work with a local and distributed/remote team
- Test our conversational AI by having conversations with it and evaluating if the AI correctly understands your request
- Review conversations the AI has had with customers or other testers and identify any issues
- Identify bugs by reviewing conversations of other testers and customers
- Utilize bug tracking software and work with the development team to verify fixes
- Collaborate and help improve conversation flows
Compensation, including salary and benefits, are negotiable based on experience.
