Here’s what you’ll need: 

• 1+ years of software QA experience 

• Ability to learn and adapt to new situations quickly 

• Experience or desire to work with large, complex systems

• Experience with various technologies and testing methodologies

• Ability to review or identify test cases and execute regression tests

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Development experience is a plus but not required

• Experience with Jira or similar project management software is a plus but not required

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Find the takeaways from conversations the AI has had with customers 

• Collaborate virtually and in person with our team to communicate problems and priorities 

• Test our conversational AI by having conversations with it and evaluating if the AI correctly understands each request

• Identify bugs by reviewing conversations of other testers and customers

• Utilize bug tracking software and work with the development team to verify fixes

• Collaborate and help improve conversation flows

• Test hardware before it's installed in a production environment

• Use any other skills that you bring to the table to make Valyant the best it can be!

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually. Benefits include unlimited PTO, full health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and daily high-fives. Compensation, including salary, benefits and stock are negotiable based on experience.
