About this Role: 

We are creating a national, digitally-integrated network of behavioral health providers that lets them focus on providing great care, while we provide the rest. This network, combined with a variety of software offerings, generates the data and capability needed to serve the consumers, employers and health systems looking to access high-quality behavioral health care. As a QA Manager you will work alongside the development and product teams to provide quality products to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define testing specifications
  • Document system functionality
  • Participate in retrospectives
  • Create and maintain automated testing suites
  • Manage testing group members 
  • Manage team member work load 
  • Provide coaching and feedback 
  • Define and implement process improvements
  • Participate in feature grooming sessions
  • Define and report key QA metrics
  • Support internal and external customers in resolving software issues

Expected Outcomes: 

Week 1 and 2: Work with existing QA staff to understand existing testing specification and learn high level application functionality 

Week 2: Engage in technical support of software product

Week 3: Add automated tests to our software in areas that are easily automated

Week 5: Provide recommendations for QA process and start implementing changes that will optimize QA team’s performance

Gotta Have This:

  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Previous QA management experience
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Excellent knowledge of manual and automated testing with direct skills in automation testing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent human relations and customer service skills
  • Experience with testing Javascript-based applications
  • SQL

 

Nice to Have This:

  • Experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Selenium Testing Framework
  • Experience with CircleCI
  • Experience with unix command line
