What you’ll be doing:
As a QA Engineer, you will be testing, documenting, and delivering process improvements by working with the Finance, Support, Sales, and core technology teams in order to ensure changes to Business Systems meet stakeholder requirements. You will work with the Business Support Systems (BSS) development team to translate these requirements into Use Cases and document test scenarios to test the delivered code. You will be responsible for ensuring process maintenance associated with the core billing system, Customer Support, and knowledge base systems.
This is a fast-paced position with the capability to help automate the many business processes that surround our SaaS application. This testing portion of this position is currently manual, so experience in implementing test automation is a plus. There is great potential that this role will expand as the core systems continue to grow in sophistication.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in Integration, Regression, and Performance testing, documenting test cases, and communicating test results with development teams
- 2+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce as an Administrator / QA Engineer
- Experience in assisting business users in documenting their requirements and analyzing and mapping business processes to new and existing BSS systems
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ, and MuleSoft is a plus
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role is $90,000-$110,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. We have an unlimited vacation policy and also provide commuter benefits for employees in the Denver/Boulder, CO area.
Where you’ll be working
All our roles are remote in the U.S. unless otherwise specified. Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Once we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote (in the U.S.), work from one of our office locations (CO only currently) or flex your time.
