An Insider's view of AdCellerant

How does your team reward individual success?

We started a bike team last year and rode in the MS 150 together. We have a legendary annual pig roast, celebrate birthdays monthly and have the typical ad-tech amount of happy hours.

Melissa

VP of Sales

What does career growth look like on your team?

Career growth at AdCellerant is endless! I've seen people grow from entry-level to leadership roles in just a few years. Credit is given and appreciated all the time during the team stand-ups. Cross-departmental moves frequently provide our team with more experience from "the other side of the fence."

Ben

VP, Business Development

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

As leaders, we try to be as transparent as possible, so it's no secret that we keep our expectations high for our team. But the great thing about our group is that they're so driven and talented, they want to be held to the gold standard, which makes it easy for us to put our trust in them, give them to tools to succeed, and let them run with it.

Chris

CFO

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

We operate based on a "best idea wins" mentality at all times. We encourage everyone on the team to share their opinions, provide input on what they like, dislike, or just what could be plainly improved.
