JOB DESCRIPTION
As the principal software engineer, you will lead the AMS360 teams in enhancing the AMS360 application. You will be hands on, involved in designing new features and maintaining existing functionality within AMS360 to achieve the vision through active mentoring, technical decision-making, and facilitating company-wide collaboration. You will coordinate with product management leaders and utilize customer feedback or data to provide expert advice on technical leadership while writing and altering portfolio-wide requirements and specifications and creating cross-product integrated solutions. You will also provide expertise in code reviews and grooming and provide feedback and advice in correcting issues discovered along with identifying patterns and other related issues. All of this will be accomplished with cutting edge, lean-agile, software development methodologies. Qualifications:
We need product developers that have:
Experience with implementing software development principles and design patterns, preferably .Net
Capability to design and provide technical guidance on cross-product solutions independently
Have 10+ years of professional experience with .NET and common frameworks
Advance expertise with SQL database
Are in-tune with high performance and high availability design/programming
Have experience in security best practices for software and data platforms
Design 'perfect-fit' solutions with engineering teams and business units to drive business growth and customer delight
Enjoy solving problems through the entire application stack
Are interested and capable of learning other programming languages as needed.

Have experience working in an Agile environment
Have experience with .NET
Have degree in Computer Science or similar valuable experience

- Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection on an as-needed basis
- Located and working from an office location (when required)*
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
- Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).
- Frequent sitting and/or standing.
