As a Software Engineering Manager on our team, you will work as part of a truly innovative, fun and growing team

responsible for developing, testing and debugging our new Hyper Converged Infrastructure product.

You will focus on new product development and enhancements toexisting products.If you are dedicated to

creative problem solving and getting things done, you may be just the person we’re looking for!

What Will You Do:

● Build, lead and inspire our engineering teams.

● Facilitate product design, implementation and support, including getting hands-on as needed.

● Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

● Empower your team to learn and grow and support them in their career goals.

● Build and promote a work environment that is highly collaborative and team centric.

● Collaborate with leadership team to ensure we are building the best teams.

● Work closely with product management and customers to build the best product.

About You; You Have:

● A track record of "followership" - people want to work for and with you.

● Experience leading teams through the full software development life cycle including managing cross functional project teams (Dev, QE and Automation).

● Proven track record of hiring, growing and nurturing cohesive, high performing development teams.

● Experience building system level products in industries like storage, networking, virtualization, security, telecommunications or database systems.

● Ability to work with external partners, cross functional teams and internal partners.

● 3+ years personal hands on software development experience working on systems level software.

● 3-5 years experience managing and leading teams developing enterprise products in a high-growth, fast-paced system software engineering company.

● A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.

● Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of people.

You Might Also Have:

● Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and platform services.

● Development experience working with Web Technologies like Scala, Angular and/or Python.

● Knowledge of common web services protocol (HTTPS/JSON/REST).

● Experience with Agile frameworks like SAFe and experience with continuous integration.
