Job Description

Zoom is looking for an App Marketplace Program Lead. This role is very important to our growing App Marketplace and will allow an individual to grow quickly in Zoom. This role will involve reviewing new apps submitted to our marketplace for approval. 

This includes a complete functional review and general security review as well as a UX review. This role is going to grow fast and will be exciting for whoever joins Zoom to manage our Marketplace reviews!

The details matter for this role. This role is the last line of defense for Zoom’s users to make sure we are only publishing the most quality apps to our Marketplace. If you are a detail oriented, self-starting, motivated individual then this may be a great fit for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the Zoom App Marketplace app submission and approval queue.

  • Deeply understand the Zoom Marketplace architecture and integration components

  • Work closely with our strategic partners to help them integrate with Marketplace and ensure value creation

  • Developer tools and procedures that help scale marketplace submission and approvals.

  • Engage with customers to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of new apps 

  • Help developers get their app through the Zoom Marketplace review process.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience (2+ years) as a software engineer or customer/technical support representative. Technical skills required.

  • Communication skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences

  • Understanding of the enterprise software space

  • Experience working with cloud identity providers and collaboration tools

  • Understanding of the web technology stack (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs)

  • Experience with iOS, Android, or other mobile platforms

  • Knowledgeable in a Unix/Linux environment
