We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead an agile software development team working on the Conga Composer product. The technical stack includes a React frontend, Salesforce front end, and AWS services in the backend. More and more of the service is transitioning to microservice based solutions.

You’ll bring your experience to be a passionate Servant Leader in these and other areas:

• Technical Insight - How and why should we move forward as we grow and change our system. Real world experience building scalable engineering solutions in the cloud

• Process improvements - We continually look for ways to do things better. Currently the team executes in an agile system and we continuously adapt our process to improve.

• Collaboration with the Product team and Customer Service about what direction we should move in and at what priority

• Coach, develop, retain, and provide feedback to a team of awesome folks.

• Help build our culture of embracing an entrepreneurial spirit, achieving together, and championing the customers.
