VisibleHand (visiblehand.com) is a small, rapidly growing company based in Colorado. We provide a SAAS safety rounding system for residential addiction treatment and acute mental health facilities - including software, managed devices, and Bluetooth beacons (patient wearables). We’ve been around for 7+ years and are profitable, growing ~2x per year. We solve complex problems to make an end product that saves lives and simplifies an otherwise demanding task for healthcare providers.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and skilled full-stack Software Engineer. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend existing software (JavaScript front and back-end, deployed on AWS Lambda and via web app)

• Develop new features using AWS serverless solutions (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB) for use in Android and Web applications (e.g., biometric monitoring)

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot software issues

• Help lead the development team and be a technical pathfinder as we grow

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of JavaScript experience (some framework-free experience required)

• 3+ years of AWS experience

• Comfortable with HTML

• Complex problem-solving drive and skills

• Project ownership and collaborative problem solving

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Kindness, a sense of humor, and a healthy sense of humility

Optional/Relevant Skills and Experience

• Experience creating mobile apps

• Bluetooth/wearable electronics experience
