The Lead Senior Programmer will possess a deep, broad, and consistent track record of development experience in a web-oriented n-tier .Net environment.

 

Your Experience/Qualifications:

Technical & Education

  • 5+ years of delivering commercially successful B2B, G2G, or B2G SAAS product
  • 5+ years’ experience managing bright, collaborative, highly-motivated engineers to deliver multiple highly complex, high quality software projects concurrently.
  • 5+ years of ASP.NET, C# and XML experience
  • 5+ years of .NET Full Stack Development experience
  • 5+ years of Frontend Development using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap
  • 5+ years of MS SQL 2010/2016 experience
  • 5+ years of experience in analyzing and writing complex queries and stored procedures
  • 5+ years of object-oriented design experience
  • 5+ years of BI/Data applications experience
  • 5+ years of Jira or other lifecycle management software experience
  • 3+ years Windows IIS web server experience
  • 3+ years of GIT, GIThub, TFS, VSS experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Management

  • 3+ years of experience establishing metrics and process for employee assessment and improvement.
  • 3+ years of experience setting clear expectations and creating a positive work environment based on accountability, in collaboration with the engineering and management teams.
  • 3+ years of experience setting direction for the team, anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges via thoughtful long-term planning.

Leadership Skills

  • Able to evangelize new ideas, inspire excellence, overcome obstacles and lead people.
  • Aptitude to thrive in a pioneering environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and projects with critical deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
