Our product is a modern web application that manages, analyzes, and reports Frac Data for Completions Engineers and other industry experts. We work side-by-side with our customers to give them superpowers! Well, maybe not the kind of superpowers Marvel characters might have, but super powers for Completions Engineers - analyzing data in seconds! We are looking for an intellectually curious, process-oriented and collaborative Junior Developer to join our Engineering team and help take us to the next level!

Responsibilities & Opportunities of the Role

• Work on all aspects of the system including Web Application UI, API, backend services, and database
• Implement design patterns and application architecture
• Review other developer code to ensure it meets business and technical design requirements and follows established practices and style
• Collaborate with the Product team to review requirements, define tasks, and provide technical design
• Participate in technical design process
• Build unit and integration tests
• Understand all aspects of the software stack, dependencies, and how they interact
• Diagnose and provide solutions for performance and system issues
• Understand business strategy to drive technical design with a focus on reducing complexity

Minimum Qualifications to Apply

• Solid understanding of design patterns and application architectures
• New challenges are important to you
• A strong bias for getting things done
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience - non-traditional education programs are welcome
