Fluid allows people and businesses to connect their vehicles to our platform via Fluid Connect (a piece of hardware) that enables Fluid's mobile app to lock/unlock, track fuel/mileage, and mobilize the engine, making any vehicle easily rentable by other businesses and individuals. Junior Front-End Engineer

Fluid is looking for an experienced junior front-end engineer with knowledge of SQL and preferably server-side programming. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can take designs and create a solid product that delivers a great user experience.   

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with Node.js, React, and Redux
• Experience with Saga.js or Redux Thunk
• Experience with SQL (Postgresql would be a bonus)
• Applicant must have EITHER a Certification from a Coding Engineering Program or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent four-year degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing for mobile web
• Experience with Jenkins or another deployment pipeline
• Experience using testing frameworks for web development
• Experience with Typescript, Next.js, Sass/LESS, Webpack, Babel/ES6+
